Retreat

上個禮拜才從 retreat 回來, 我不知道要怎麼翻譯 retreat, 它有點類似員工旅遊, 或者員工的互動交流時間. 但是和員工旅遊不同的是, 似乎也不是完全放下工作, 而是像是用比較輕鬆的方式進行討論交流, 以期增經同事之間的感情和生產力.

Spending time with coworkers in a way that is fun, relaxed, and reflective can be nourishing as well as productive. Rarely in this culture do we take the time to simply pause from the frantic pace of our actions.
